At Salon Solutions Pro, we partner with multiple trusted suppliers and carry a wide range of salon products, each with its own unique manufacturing and fulfillment process. As a result, shipping times and methods may vary depending on the brand and product type.

To provide the most accurate information, each product listing includes a dedicated shipping tab with the relevant shipping details specific to that product.

  • Shipping timelines are estimated and may vary based on product availability, supplier location, and production lead time.

  • Made-to-order or custom items may require additional processing time.

Order Confirmation and Shipment:

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorised your credit card for the purchase.  

Once we receive your order, we promptly verify product availability. If the item is in stock, it will be prepared for immediate shipment. For made-to-order products, production will begin right away.

If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days) we will process the charges and get to work preparing your order for shipment.

We will send you shipping confirmation within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  

If you do not receive shipping confirmation from us after the estimated lead time for your order feel free to follow up with us at info@salonsolutionspro.com

International Orders:

Please contact us at info@salonsolutionspro.com for a shipping quote request if interested in an international order.

If you are happy with our shipping quote we will prepare an order and payment though our ultra secure online payment gateway.

Damages:

If there is major damage to the crate/box upon arrival please refuse delivery and contact us ASAP at info@salonsolutionspro.com.

If the product has concealed damaged, you must make note of it immediately and send photos to info@salonsolutionspro.com the day of delivery.

Salon Solutions Pro will pay for shipping defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise at our cost.

Remember to keep all the original packaging for any items that need to be returned. All returns need to be authorized by our customer service department prior to being processed with an RA number provided by us.

We will ensure you get the product you ordered, undamaged, as soon as possible. Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless specified under warranty.
