Return Policy

While we fully stand by every product that we sell, we understand that sometimes you might change your mind or realize the product you ordered wasn't exactly what you were hoping for.

Please note that return policies vary depending on the brand and product you are purchasing. Due to the unique manufacturing processes and quality standards of each brand we carry, we do not have a one-size-fits-all return policy. Please refer to the specific return policy in the returns tabs located under the product you are interested in before making a purchase. This ensures you understand the applicable return timeframes, conditions, and procedures.

Below are the return policies for each brand—please refer to the one that applies to your purchase.

Custom Craftworks:

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a Custom Craftworks product and would like to discuss your options for return or exchange, contact us at info@salonsolutionspro.com within 30 calendar days of receipt of your product.

Products must be returned in the original packaging in new condition, along with a Return Authorization number provided by our Customer Service Staff. Upon receipt and inspection of the product, customers will be refunded the original purchase price, less shipping charges. In some instances a restocking fee up to 25% may be applied.

Our customer is responsible for all return shipping costs associated with this satisfaction guarantee. Our customer is responsible for the correct repackaging of the product. We recommend that you use a traceable shipping service and insurance coverage to avoid damage or lost returns. Products damaged or lost in shipping are our customer’s responsibility.

Custom-produced products or those with special order features and options are not returnable. Rush production fees, expedited shipping costs and special order charges are not refundable.

 

Reception Counter Solutions:

Each product is built to order and for this reason refunds are not excepted. 

Cancelations will be accepted up to 72hrs after the order is placed.  

If there is major damage to the crate upon arrival please refuse delivery and contact us ASAP at info@salonsolutionspro.com

If there are concealed damages to the product DO NOT install, assemble, or use damaged items without contacting us first. Assembly of damaged parts can cause damage to other parts that or not damaged. 

If there is partial damage to a part or multiple parts of the desk we can remake and send new parts that will replace the damaged parts. This will be much faster than returning the entire desk and having us make and ship a completely new desk. 

There is an 24-hour window to process a shipping claim from the day the product was delivered. Any damages reported after the 24-hour window will not be eligible for a claim or return. The shipping company will assume that the damage was done after the product was delivered. For the claims process to take place the product must be sent back in its original packaging. 

 

Belava:

We do not accept returns on disposable liners, custom orders, furniture, or chairs. However, items with manufacturer defects may be eligible for replacement under our one-year manufacturer warranty.

  • Returns must be approved first and require an RMA number. Unauthorized returns will be rejected.
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receipt.
  • You as the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs of the item(s) in your order.
  • All returned items must be in new condition with original packaging.

General Damages Information:

If the product is damaged, you must make note of it immediately when signing for delivery and send photos to info@salonsolutionspro.com the day of delivery.

Salon Solutions Pro will pay for shipping defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise at our cost.

Remember to keep all the original packaging for any items that need to be returned. All returns need to be authorized by our customer service department prior to being processed. 

We will ensure you get the product you ordered, undamaged, as soon as possible. Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless specified under warranty.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel an order, please email or call our customer service team immediately to avoid return shipping fees.

Cancellations received before shipment will receive a full refund.

Orders canceled after items have shipped will follow our 30 Day Return policy and will be subject to return shipping costs.

Other Return Policy Notes:

  • If a certain vendor or product does not support the return policy stated above, this will be noted in the product descriptions or in the product-specific return information.

  • Salon Solutions Pro only sells to purchasers who intend to use the item(s) for the duration of its economic life. Orders purchased for the specific purpose of a "one time use or temporary use" are not eligible for return under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to; orders intended for use in a trade show or a conference venue, orders that are purchased by promotional companies, and orders that are purchased by trade show facilitators.
