The Los Angeles Reception Desk is built with commercial-grade 3/4 inch Ultra PB core and Prism commercial thermally fused laminate. These materials are perfect for any office, retail store, nail salon, hair salon, boutique store, bank, and much more.
Do you have a stairway or a small entrance? No worries! The Los Angeles Modern Reception Desk is designed to ship to you flat-packed and easily assembled in less than 15 minutes. Each desk will have simple assembly instructions to walk you through the easy assembly process. All that is needed is a Phillips screwdriver.

(NO INSIDE DELIVERY) The desk will be shipped in crate flat packed. Simple assembly is required. Instructions will be included and the only tool needed is a Philips screwdriver.
BUYER MUST BE ABLE TO MOVE PRODUCT THEMSELVES AFTER CURBSIDE DELIVERY DROP OFF.

If there are concealed damages to the product DO NOT install, assemble, or use damaged items without first contacting us first to file a shipping claim.
There is an 24hr window to process a shipping claim from the day the product was delivered. Any damages reported after the 24hr window will not be eligible for a claim or return. The shipping company will assume that the damage was done after the product was delivered.
We proudly offer FREE shipping on all orders within the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
Lead Time
Desks are built to order and ship within 2–3 weeks.
Curbside Delivery Only

No inside delivery or setup is provided.

Ships crated and flat-packed; simple assembly required (Philips screwdriver needed).

Buyer is responsible for moving the product after curbside drop-off and disposing of crating materials.

Missed or refused deliveries will result in additional redelivery charges paid by the customer before delivery is rescheduled.

While we fully stand by every product that we sell, we understand that sometimes you might change your mind or realize the product you ordered wasn't exactly what you were hoping for.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your product/s and would like to discuss your options for returns, contact us at info@salonsolutionspro.com within 30 days of delivery of your purchase.
Products must be returned in the original packaging in new condition, along with a Return Authorization number provided by our Customer Service Staff. Upon receipt and inspection of the product, customers will be refunded the original purchase price.
- All eligible returns of desks are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs associated with this satisfaction guarantee. Our customer is responsible for the correct repackaging of the product. We recommend that you use a traceable shipping service and insurance coverage to avoid damage or lost returns. Products damaged or lost in shipping are our customer’s responsibility.
Cancellations
If you would like to cancel an order, please email or call us within 24 hours for a full refund.
Damages
All damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with the product in original packaging. Claims after 24 hours cannot be accepted.
If the crate arrives severely damaged, refuse delivery and contact us immediately at info@salonsolutionspro.com the day of delivery.
If there are concealed damages to the product DO NOT install, assemble, or use damaged items without contacting us first. Assembly of damaged parts can cause damage to other parts that or not damaged.
If parts are damaged, we can quickly remake and ship replacement parts, saving time over returning the entire desk.

Salon Solutions Pro will pay for shipping defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise at our cost.
Remember to keep all the original packaging for any items that need to be returned. All returns need to be authorized by our customer service department prior to being processed.
We will ensure you get the product you ordered, undamaged, as soon as possible. Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless specified under warranty.

Salon Solutions Pro only sells to purchasers who intend to use the item(s) for the duration of its economic life. Orders purchased for the specific purpose of a "one time use or temporary use" are not eligible for return under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to; orders intended for use in a trade show or a conference venue, orders that are purchased by promotional companies, and orders that are purchased by trade show facilitators.
