Domestic Shipping (U.S.):

  • Delivery time starts when the shipment leaves the facility, typically taking 1–14 business days based on product and carrier.

  • Tracking details are emailed once shipped.

Standard U.S. Ground Shipping:

  • Portable tables and accessories ship via UPS or FedEx Ground within the 48 continental states.

  • APO/FPO, Alaska, and Hawaii orders ship via USPS or FedEx, with rates based on size and weight.

Standard Freight Delivery (LTL Freight):

  • Large items like stationary and electric lift tables ship via LTL freight with curbside delivery, liftgate, and notification included.

  • Curbside delivery means the item is dropped at your curb, with a phone call providing a delivery window.

  • Unpacking, moving inside, or debris removal is not included—you must unband, unpack, and dispose of the pallet and materials yourself.

  • Additional services like inside delivery, stairs, setup, or debris removal require a custom quote and extra charges. White glove delivery (inside delivery, setup, debris removal, and scheduled appointment) is available for an extra fee—contact to arrange.

  • Service levels may vary slightly by freight company.

International Shipping:

  • Available to most countries—contact for a shipping quote with your country, city, postal code, and product details.

  • Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude extra international costs such as customs, taxes, duties, VAT, or electrical adaptations.

  • Broker information must be provided before placing any international order.

While we fully stand by every product that we sell, we understand that sometimes you might change your mind or realize the product you ordered wasn't exactly what you were hoping for.

Satisfaction Guarantee 

If you are not satisfied with your product/s and would like to discuss your options for returns, contact us at info@salonsolutionspro.com within 30 days of delivery of your purchase.

Products must be returned in the original packaging in new condition, along with a Return Authorization number provided by our Customer Service Staff. Upon receipt and inspection of the product, customers will be refunded the original purchase price.

- Eligible returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs associated with this satisfaction guarantee. Our customer is responsible for the correct repackaging of the product. We recommend that you use a traceable shipping service and insurance coverage to avoid damage or lost returns. Products damaged or lost in shipping are our customer’s responsibility.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel an order, please email or call us within 24 hours for a full refund.

Damages

All damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with the product in original packaging. Claims after 24 hours cannot be accepted.

Salon Solutions Pro will pay for shipping defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise at our cost.

Remember to keep all the original packaging for any items that need to be returned. All returns need to be authorized by our customer service department prior to being processed. 

We will ensure you get the product you ordered, undamaged, as soon as possible. Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless specified under warranty.

  • Salon Solutions Pro only sells to purchasers who intend to use the item(s) for the duration of its economic life. Orders purchased for the specific purpose of a "one time use or temporary use" are not eligible for return under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to; orders intended for use in a trade show or a conference venue, orders that are purchased by promotional companies, and orders that are purchased by trade show facilitators.
