Pedicure Spa Chair Advantage with/or without plumbing is designed for a sophisticated spa experience.
The plumbed version of the chair comes equipped with a faucet and a water supply line, which delivers warm water to the Trio Foot Spa. The drainage system includes a drainpipe and a drain valve. It allows to easily drain the used water after the treatment. This revolutionary pedicure chair also doesn’t require plumbing installation, making it a convenient and cost-effective solution for any salon or spa.
The Trio Foot Spa with heat and vibration includes a pedicure tub with 50 disposable liners for clients' protection during soaking services. Plus you have the option to substitute the Trio Foot Spa with a powerful Resin Jet Spa!
! We do not provide hoses or plumbing installation. We recommend to use Stainless Steel Braided Hoses with a 5/8'' inside diameter and 1/2'' fitting.

SHIPPING COST: $525/chair includes LTL Ground to Curbside Delivery with Lift-Gate & Delivery Appointment. NO Inside Delivery and No Upper Floor Delivery. For Residential Delivery there is an additional $100 fee
We do not process/ship orders of products on weekends. Please allow sufficient time for your order to be processed and delivered to you.
We use FedEx Services for all shipments of orders within the continental USA . Standard delivery time is 4-7 business days (please keep in mind that it takes 24 hours to process your order).
For Customers in Alaska in Puerto Rico, we can ship via US Postal Services. Standard delivery time is 7-10 business days, please contact us for ordering/shipping information.
For customers outside of USA please contact us for ordering/shipping information.
We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please make sure the shipping address you provide is a complete and accurate street address to avoid delays in shipping.
For the shipping to residential addresses, we charge applicable fees instated by FedEx or other transportation companies that hold contracts for the deliveries. Additional shipping charges such as restricted access, limited access, lift gate truck fee may apply to customers’ order. Salon Solutions Pro reserves rights to adjust the products shipping cost for any additional charges imposed by carrier at the time of delivery and be reimbursed for any surcharges paid by us to the carrier on behalf of customers.
Equipment and furniture ships palletized via “best way” to ensure safe and cost reasonable delivery; standard delivery time 5-6 weeks from the time of order, but might varies by product ordered and its destination. Please refer to an individual Products description for the specific terms of the delivery. For the shipment of the equipment and furniture, we will contact customers with the shipping notification, containing shipping details and instructions. We requests all transportation companies to provide a courtesy call to a Customer to schedule delivery appointment. Transportation companies provide only an estimate of a time for delivery and reserve the right to diverge from such estimates. Please be advised to contact the shipper’s dispatcher at the phone number provided in the shipment notification to obtain more accurate information about delivery day and time.
Risk of Loss. Belava ships its Products Free On Board shipping terms (“FOB”) Belava’s warehouse, arranging the Products delivery for the Customers. Belava uses third party shipping and forwarding companies to contract with them on behalf of the Customers for the Products delivery.
Except where Belava uses its own freight vehicles, title to and risk of loss of all Products sold under Customer’s purchase order and these Terms of Use pass to Customer upon Belava's delivery to a carrier at the point of shipment, whether or not Belava pays all or any part of the freight. Where Belava uses its own freight and/or vehicles for the delivery, title to and risk of loss of all Products sold under Customer's purchase order and these Terms of Use shall pass through Customer upon delivery by the carrier to Customer's designated location.
Inspect Shipment Before Signing off the delivery. All Belava products leave our warehouse in excellent working condition. To ensure that you are receiving your complete order and in acceptable condition, the National Claims Council Regulations specify that the customer receiving the order must inspect, examine and inventory the shipment as it is unloaded. If product or boxes are delivered damaged please make sure to document the damages or loss, take pictures of the shipment in the presence of the shipper’s representative and obtain driver’s or shipper’s representative signature. We recommend for you to file a claim within 24 hours of delivery by calling the transportation company. We will make every reasonable effort to assist you in filing and processing your claim, provided all necessary steps were taken as recommended above.
If you feel a part of your order is missing, document the product and quantity missing, and contact Belava within 24 hours, either via telephone at 818-708-7131, or via e-mail at sales@belava.com. Please be sure to check quantities against the packing slip and your invoice at the time of receipt, ascertaining that the missed product is not the result of loss during shipping.
Warranty/Limitation of Liability on Equipment and Furniture. In order for your warranty to be activated please prepare for inspecting product at the time of the delivery (not outer packaging) actual product inside of the box. We urge you to please do not sign delivery documents or release driver without proper inspection of the product. If you are unable to inspect inner contents of the shipment at the time of delivery, please stipulate in writing on the delivery receipt (driver's copy and your copy) "Possible Concealed Damage" before signing.
Please make sure to follow below steps at the time of delivery:
- Unwrap the pallets
- Unpack the product in the presence of the driver
- Inspect all merchandise for any damages in the presence of the driver
- Sing-off delivery documents ONLY if product is received in good condition and there are no shortage
- In case of the shortage or any damages, please stipulate in writing on the delivery receipt (driver's copy and your copy) before signing
- Please make sure to retain your own copy of the delivery receipt in order for manufacture warranty be activated
- Please email us same day delivery receipt in order for manufacturer warranty to be activated
If equipment is to be received by receiving department or someone else other than yourself please make sure to instruct them to properly follow all necessary steps before signing delivery receipt.
Person who is authorized must be present at the time of the delivery to sign off shipment documents ONLY if product is received in good condition and there is no shortage or any damages. In case of shortage or damages, please stipulate in writing on the delivery receipt (driver's copy and your copy before singing. If they are unable to inspect inner contents of the shipment at the time of delivery, please have them to stipulate in writing on the delivery receipt (driver's copy and your copy) "Possible Concealed Damage" before signing.
We do not accept returns on Belava disposable liners, custom orders, furniture, or chairs . However, items with manufacturer defects may be eligible for replacement under our one-year manufacturer warranty.
- Returns must be approved first and require an RMA number. Unauthorized returns will be rejected.
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receipt.
- You as the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs of the item(s) in your order.
- All returned items must be in new condition with original packaging.
General Damages Information:
If the product is damaged, you must make note of it immediately when signing for delivery and send photos to info@salonsolutionspro.com the day of delivery.
Salon Solutions Pro will pay for shipping defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise at our cost.
Remember to keep all the original packaging for any items that need to be returned. All returns need to be authorized by our customer service department prior to being processed.
We will ensure you get the product you ordered, undamaged, as soon as possible. Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless specified under warranty.
Cancellations
If you would like to cancel an order, please email or call our customer service team immediately to avoid return shipping fees.
Cancellations received before shipment will receive a full refund.
Orders canceled after items have shipped will follow our 30 Day Return policy and will be subject to return shipping costs.
Other Return Policy Notes:
- If a certain vendor or product does not support the return policy stated above, this will be noted in the product descriptions or in the product-specific return information.
- Salon Solutions Pro only sells to purchasers who intend to use the item(s) for the duration of its economic life. Orders purchased for the specific purpose of a "one time use or temporary use" are not eligible for return under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to; orders intended for use in a trade show or a conference venue, orders that are purchased by promotional companies, and orders that are purchased by trade show facilitators.
