Shipping

We proudly offer FREE shipping on all orders within the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

Lead Time: Chairs are made to order and have a lead time, which is listed in the product description.

How it ships: Ships fully assembled on a pallet by Truck, LTL Ground

LTL Ground to Curbside Delivery with Lift-Gate & Delivery Appointment. NO Inside Delivery and No Upper Floor Delivery. For Residential Delivery there is an additional $100 fee.

Processing Times: Orders ship on business days only. No weekend processing or shipping.

Standard Shipping: Small items ship via FedEx Ground (4–7 business days after processing).

International Shipping: Please contact us for a quote.

Additional Delivery Fees: Fees may apply for restricted access, limited access, lift-gate service, or residential delivery.

No P.O. Box Shipping, a complete street address is required to avoid delays.

Returns

While we fully stand by every product that we sell, we understand that sometimes you might change your mind or realize the product you ordered wasn't exactly what you were hoping for.

Satisfaction Guarantee 

If you are not satisfied with your product/s and would like to discuss your options for returns, contact us at info@salonsolutionspro.com within 30 days of delivery of your purchase.

Products must be returned in the original packaging in new condition, along with a Return Authorization number provided by our Customer Service Staff. Upon receipt and inspection of the product, customers will be refunded the original purchase price.

- All eligible returns of salon furniture are subject to a 50% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs associated with this satisfaction guarantee. Our customer is responsible for the correct repackaging of the product. We recommend that you use a traceable shipping service and insurance coverage to avoid damage or lost returns. Products damaged or lost in shipping are our customer’s responsibility.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel an order, please email or call us within 24 hours for a full refund.

Damages

All damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with the product in original packaging. Claims after 24 hours cannot be accepted.

  • All shipments must be inspected upon delivery before signing.

  • If damaged, document the issue, take photos with the driver present, and obtain the driver’s signature.

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the carrier. We will assist you with processing claims if all steps are followed.

Missing Items:

  • Check your packing slip and document any missing products or quantities.

  • Contact us within 24 hours.

Warranty Activation and Inspection:

  • Inspect the actual product, not just outer packaging, at the time of delivery.

  • Do not sign if there are damages or shortages unless “Possible Concealed Damage” is noted on both copies of the delivery receipt.

Inspection Steps:

  1. Unwrap and unpack in the presence of the driver.

  2. Inspect all items for damage.

  3. Sign only if items are in good condition.

  4. If damaged or missing, note it on the delivery receipt before signing.

  5. Keep your copy of the receipt and email it the same day to activate your warranty.

  6. Ensure any receiving personnel follow these steps if you aren’t present.

Salon Solutions Pro will pay for shipping defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise at our cost.

Remember to keep all the original packaging for any items that need to be returned. All returns need to be authorized by our customer service department prior to being processed. 

We will ensure you get the product you ordered, undamaged, as soon as possible. Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless specified under warranty.

  • Salon Solutions Pro only sells to purchasers who intend to use the item(s) for the duration of its economic life. Orders purchased for the specific purpose of a "one time use or temporary use" are not eligible for return under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to; orders intended for use in a trade show or a conference venue, orders that are purchased by promotional companies, and orders that are purchased by trade show facilitators.
