The Aurora Swivel Medical Procedure Chair with LED Ambient Light is the definitive medical treatment chair and table. This med spa bed is fitted with four individual motors for smooth, precise adjustments conforming to every contact area of the body. The Aurora Medical Spa exam chair has separate controls for calibrating height and angle of tilt, backrest, and footrest, as well as rotating by up to 120° on its axis. The Aurora treatment table has reversible armrests, an extendable headrest, and a footrest; all cushioning is removable to ensure maximum comfort and accommodation.

To switch off safe-lock mode and resume normal operation status, press and hold the lock button for 2 seconds until the green light goes out.

Freight Shipping Policy

Large or heavy items will be securely palletized and shipped via freight to ensure safe delivery. Lift-gate service and delivery appointment scheduling are included. All shipments are curbside only and require a signature. Items will not be brought inside or assembled.

Please ensure adequate help is available to move items into your business. Missed delivery appointments may result in re-delivery fees.

Inspection Required:
Before signing, inspect your shipment for damage or shortages. Note any issues on the delivery receipt and retain a copy for your records.

No C.O.D.
All orders must be paid in full before shipping. We do not accept Credit or Cash on Delivery.

Returns

While we fully stand by every product that we sell, we understand that sometimes you might change your mind or realize the product you ordered wasn't exactly what you were hoping for.

If you are not satisfied with your product/s and would like to discuss your options for returns, contact us at info@salonsolutionspro.com within 30 days of delivery of your purchase.

Products must be returned in the original packaging in new condition, along with a Return Authorization number provided by our Customer Service Staff. Upon receipt and inspection of the product, customers will be refunded the original purchase price.

- Eligible returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs associated with this satisfaction guarantee. Our customer is responsible for the correct repackaging of the product. We recommend that you use a traceable shipping service and insurance coverage to avoid damage or lost returns. Products damaged or lost in shipping are our customer’s responsibility.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel an order, please email or call us within 24 hours for a full refund.

Damages

All damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with the product in original packaging. Claims after 24 hours cannot be accepted.

Remember to keep all the original packaging for any items that need to be returned. All returns need to be authorized by our customer service department prior to being processed. 

We will ensure you get the product you ordered, undamaged, as soon as possible. Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless specified under warranty.

Orders purchased for the specific purpose of a "one time use or temporary use" are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
